What is Direct to Film (DTF) transfer?
DTF is a modern printing process where designs are printed onto a special film, coated with an adhesive powder, and heat-pressed onto garments. It offers vibrant colors and exceptional durability on almost any fabric.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI) for the best results. We also accept AI, PDF, and PSD files as long as the artwork is sized to your desired print dimensions.
How long do the transfers last on clothing?
Our DTF transfers are rated for 50+ washes. They are highly resistant to cracking and fading, provided you follow our recommended washing instructions: wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low heat.
What is your current production turnaround time?
Most orders are processed and printed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I apply these transfers with a household iron?
While a heat press is highly recommended for consistent pressure and temperature, our transfers can be applied with a home iron if used on the highest setting with heavy manual pressure. However, results may vary compared to professional equipment.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders and gang sheets. The more you order, the lower the cost per square inch. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for qualifying quantities.
