Returns & Exchanges

At Custom DTF Transfers, we strive for perfection in every print, but since our products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are generally limited to manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days if there is an issue with your transfer quality.

Return Process

    Report the Issue

    Email our support team with your order number and clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

  • 2.
    Quality Review

    Our production team will review your claim within 48 hours to determine if the issue was caused by a printing error or a file resolution problem.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include in your package.

  • 4.
    Replacement or Refund

    Once we receive the faulty transfers, we will either rush-print a replacement order at no cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
